We hope that you love your items purchased from Quintz and Company. Although, we understand some items do not work out. Your online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the 14 days are over, you will not be eligible to make a return. Sorry for the inconvenience.

All SALE items will not be eligible for store credit as they are FINAL SALE. 

Items must be in perfect condition in order to be accepted for return.

Item(s) returned for store credit must be unworn, odor-free, and without makeup or deodorant stains/marks.

The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s).
